Greenminds Labs Farm

40-Foot Educational Container Farm

A Fully Controlled-Environment Hydroponic Laboratory Designed to Bring Agriculture, Technology, Science, and Hands-On STEAM Learning Directly Into K-12 Classrooms and School Communities

Product Overview

Engineered for Precision. Built for Learning

The GreenMind Labs Educational Container Farm is a 40-foot, high-cube, controlled-environment hydroponic laboratory built specifically for schools. Students manage a real growing operation — adjusting light, water, nutrients, and climate — while exploring biology, chemistry, engineering, data, and sustainability in one connected environment, under teacher supervision.

Growing Systems

Two Systems. One Connected Lab.

Every system inside the lab is a doorway into a different experiment — students don’t just read about these concepts, they operate them.

Vertical Tower System

10 vertical hydroponic towers supporting up to 800 mature-plant positions — built for full-cycle growth studies, yield comparisons, and long-term crop projects.

Multi-Level Tray System

A 5-level tray system supporting up to 2,000 seedling and young-plant positions — built for propagation, germination studies, and high-volume classroom experiments.

Independent Nutrient Circuits

Because the towers and trays run on separate nutrient circuits, students can compare variables side by side — different nutrient concentrations, crops, or conditions — in a true controlled experiment.

Lighting & Climate

Full-Spectrum Light. Dual-Zone Climate.

Full-spectrum LED grow lighting is tuned to support every growth stage, from germination to harvest, with adjustable photoperiods that let students design experiments around light duration and intensity.

A dual-zone HVAC system independently manages heating, cooling, dehumidification, and fresh-air ventilation across two separate growing zones — enabling side-by-side environmental comparisons inside the same lab.

Water Systems

Recirculated, Filtered, Precisely Dosed.

Every system inside the lab is a doorway into a different experiment — students don’t just read about these concepts, they operate them.

Water Filtration

Recirculating water system with filtration and UV sterilization supports safe water management in lab.

Nutrient Control

Automatic EC/pH dosing keeps solution chemistry balanced in real time for consistent plant growth now.

Growing Circuits

Two independent circuits support isolated experiments, helping students adjust variables and compare.

Leak Protection

Water-level and leak detection provide protection with automatic pump shutoff when the issues arise.

Sensors & Automation

STEAM Education

One Lab. Many Subjects.

One lab brings multiple disciplines together, giving students opportunities to connect classroom learning with real-world applications. Students explore different subjects through one connected learning environment, where ideas come together through hands-on experience.
